EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
You can return/exchange your item(s) unworn/unused and in an unmarked condition within 7 days. To arrange a return you must email us at returns@footworlduk.com, this must be done before returning any goods to us. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund via the original payment method used.

Please send the items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
We can dispatch items to addresses other than the billing address of the cardholder.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation that we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
SIZES
All sizes are shown in UK sizes.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. In many cases orders are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 12pm.
UK: We use two services with Royal Mail, Royal Mail Standard - FREE service (1-3 working days) and Special Delivery Next Working Day before 1pm (up to £500 compensation). The charge for delivery is per item, but with multiples items being purchased, a shippinng discount will be provided on checkout. Please allow up to 7 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
International: We use Royal Mail International signed for (3-7 working days) This is to Europe and Rest of the World. We can also provide a fully tracked including insurance dispatch service via Royal Mail Airsure (if they provide this service to your destination) Or We will use other well known carriers (i.e Fedex, UPS or DHL). Please contact us if Express shipping is required so that we can provide you with an estimated quote. Please allow up to 10-15 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in as all deliveries must be signed for. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you, but unfortunately we cannot leave a parcel unless there is someone to accept it. Please enter your alternative delivery address when you place your order.
If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, they will leave a ‘Sorry you were out’ card to explain why they were unable to deliver and how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If for any reason there is a delay dispatching your order, we will contact you to notify you of the delay and provide you with an alternative date for delivery. If you are not happy with the revised date, your order will be cancelled and we will refund your order in full. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
International: Some countries may have additional import requirements to the rest of the European union, with the possibility of import duties being added. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. The import and duty policies vary from country to country and we cannot advise you how much duty will be applied to your order value, please seek advice from your countries relevant governing bodies before placing your order.
As an additional security measure, customers outside the UK may be asked to provide proof of their billing address such as a utility bill etc. This will need to display the name and address of the person who has placed the order with us before the order is despatched with Royal Mail. Any order that is being dispatched to outside of the UK can only be delivered to the billing address.
