On 1 October 1948 Puma is registered to Rudolf Dassler after the Dassler brothers split and share the assets of the Dassler Brother Shoe Factory. Rudi launches Puma and the first screw in football boot in Germany. It continues to develop over the years, in the 80’s the German winner wears Puma in the final increasing the popularity of the company.
