The Om Yoga Show is back once again this year, taking place at Alexandra Palace in London between October 14th and 16th… and we’re very pleased to announce that the Footworld UK team will be exhibiting over the course of the three days, so come along and say hello if you’re going to be there as well!
This particular show is the biggest yoga get-together in Europe and, in fact, one of the biggest events in the entire world, so if you are a fan of cat and cow, then it’s an absolute must-visit for you.
There are all sorts of exciting goings-on that are sure to keep you well entertained, everything from yoga workshops to help you lengthen and strengthen to classes that focus on core strength and development. Whatever you want to work on, there’s sure to be a session that suits you down to the ground.
You’ll also find various lectures to attend, such as Discovering Feminine Empowerment, The Art of Conscious Silence and Beyond Detox, so just take a look to see if there are any that catch your eye.
And, if you’re taking the whole family with you this year, you’ll be pleased to hear that there are lots of kids’ classes as well, so everyone will be kept very busy and you’re sure to have a wonderful time.
