Returns Information

Need to return an item? You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order to us by post. Please note, we operate a closed warehouse facility and cannot accept in-person drop-offs.

How to Return

  • Option 1: Royal Mail Portal for UK customers (Excluding Northern Ireland), please create a royal mail label here: 

    Note: A £5.95 fee is deducted from your refund for sizing/change of mind. Faulty item returns are free.

     

  • Option 2: Arrange Your Own Courier If you prefer, you can arrange your own return using a courier of your choice (e.g., Evri, Yodel). If you arrange and pay for your own return shipping, the £5.95 fee will not be deducted from your refund. We strongly advise using a tracked service, as Foot World cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.


    Refunds & Deductions

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. All returns are processed within 2-3 working days of receipt (this may take longer during busy periods like Christmas or public holidays).

    • Refunds are for the original purchase price of the item only. * Initial outbound delivery charges will not be reimbursed (unless the item is faulty).

    • If approved, the funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear depending on your bank (PayPal refunds are usually immediate).


    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please contact us at support@footworlduk.com to confirm the exchange you need, and we will arrange it for you.


    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Faulty items are exempt from return shipping fees.


    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items), gift cards, or personal care goods (such as socks or undergarments). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.


    International Customers
